Terms + Conditions

Guests must check in between 14:00 and 22:00 and check out between 8:00 and 10:00, although we are flexible with these times, please just let us know in advance

Payment
A deposit of 10% of the booking total is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance can be paid on departure.
Payments by cash, bacs, Paypal, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.

Cancellation Conditions
If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival normally a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

If the booking is cancelled 21 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Of course sometimes unfortunate situations occur and we will consider your circumstances and reasons for cancellation at the time, which may change our Cancellation Conditions
